L’orchestra sinfonica di 40 elementi, creata e condotta dal maestro Barry White, oltre ad averlo accompagnato nelle sue produzioni come solista, insieme a quelle delle coriste Love Unlimited, ha una propria discografia piuttosto vasta.
Con l’uscita di The 20th Century Records Albums 1973-1979 tornano alla luce tutti i dischi della Love Unlimited Orchestra realizzati negli anni ’70, resi nuovamente disponibili, pubblicati dall’etichetta Mercury/Universal Music enterprise. Tutti raccolti per la prima volta in un cofanetto con 7 CD. Tutti gli album sono stati rimasterizzati utilizzando i master originali e mantenendo originali anche le copertine.
La casa discografica realizzerà in vinile anche una selezione di 3 album della Love Unlimited Orchestra (Rhapsody in White, White Gold e My Sweet Summer Suite) e 2 del trio vocale femminile Love Unlimited prodotto da Barry White (In Heat e From A Girl’s Point of View).
